By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Commission Request:
To request a commission, please contact me via direct message on Twitter and provide a clear character reference. If you don't have a reference, you can provide a drawing where the character is clearly visible. For full-body drawings, ensure the character is fully visible. If you want a specific icon or expression, please inform me when making the request. I also appreciate details about the background and some example images to better set the mood of the drawing.
Payment:
Payment will be made after providing all necessary information. Payments are accepted through PayPal only. The amount will be expressed in USD but payments in other currencies are also accepted. Once payment is made, you should expect a period of 1 to 2 weeks to receive a sketch (WIP). Payments in USD are welcome and will be made based on the current exchange rate.
Additional Fee for PayPal Transactions:
For commissions over 50 USD, an extra amount will be added to cover the PayPal transaction fee. This ensures that the full payment reaches me without deductions.
Complex Characters and Additional Costs:
If your character design is complex, it may incur an additional cost. Factors such as excessive spots, intricate patterns, clothing, tattoos or highly extravagant designs will increase the price depending on their complexity and difficulty to draw. Please provide detailed references for evaluation.
Discounts and Limitations:
During a 50% discount period, all commissions will follow a single-delivery process. This means no changes will be allowed once the commission is sent, except for minor adjustments to the character's design (e.g., fixing small details like spots or accessories). Requests for significant changes, such as poses or expressions, will not be accepted. Additionally, once the final artwork is delivered, no modifications can be made.
Revisions and Changes:
Changes can only be requested during the sketch stage. Multiple requests for touch-ups, tweaks and going back and fourth will result in charges per tweak. Significant changes in later stages of the drawing, such as modifications to expression or hair, will incur an additional cost. However, minor changes, such as background color, will be free of charge. Sketch delivery is the only opportunity for changes. Once the sketch is approved, no further modifications will be accepted.
Refunds:
Refunds will only be issued before sketch delivery. If no work has been started, a 100% refund will be issued. If the sketch is already in progress but has not yet been delivered, the payment will be refunded in full. However, if the sketch has already been delivered, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be accepted once the sketch has been approved.
Use of Commission:
Commissions may only be used for personal purposes, such as profile pictures, banners, etc., and not for commercial use. I have the right to post the commission on my social media, but you may request that it not be posted. This agreement should be clarified after commission delivery.
Tips:
Tips are welcome but will not expedite the commission process.
